Enquiry privacy notice

Alexander Balanoff uses the details you provide to review your enquiry, discuss the work and respond to you. You can make contact by calling +359 88 7461044.

What you provide

The form asks for your name, email and goal. Company or website, service and timeframe are optional. If present, simple campaign labels and the referring website’s hostname accompany the enquiry. Full referring URLs and query strings are not included.

How your enquiry is handled

When the form is enabled, Contact Form 7 handles the submission and notification email. Flamingo stores the enquiry in the private WordPress inbox, including when the notification cannot be sent. Acknowledgement emails are attempted after the primary notification succeeds; delivery depends on the email provider. Successful submissions can also create a contact in Flamingo’s private address book. The site’s hosting and email providers process this information to operate those services. Your enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list or book an appointment.

Retention and requests

Enquiries remain in the private inbox until the site administrator deletes or anonymises them. Ask Alexander to access, correct or remove your enquiry. The administrator can review and export the inbox and use Flamingo’s WordPress privacy erasers. Copies held in email accounts, provider logs and backups require separate handling.

Security and logs

The plugin uses temporary keyed hashes to limit repeated requests. It does not store raw IP addresses in enquiry records. The hosting provider may keep separate access and security logs under its own operating policies.

Optional analytics and booking

If Google Analytics is configured, this page’s analytics adapter stays off until you accept it. You can change that choice through Analytics preferences. The adapter does not send form values or FAQ content to analytics. Other site plugins may have their own controls and privacy disclosures.

If a Calendly booking link is configured, following it opens Calendly, whose privacy notice and terms apply to information you enter there.

Before the form is connected

If the form reports that it is a preview, no enquiry is sent or saved. You can still use the phone number to make contact.
